【求助】有關EPR數(shù)據(jù)的處理問題 已有2人參與

自己沒做過EPR實驗,對這方面的知識了解也甚少,老板給的兩個樣品去外校測試了,數(shù)據(jù)什么都有了,但是有些不懂,希望高手幫幫忙處理一下,共六個數(shù)據(jù),謝謝!下面是數(shù)據(jù)處理說明,數(shù)據(jù)已經(jīng)上傳到納米盤了,急用,謝謝。ㄎ覀円话銓嶒灁(shù)據(jù)一般都是用Origin處理的) 文檔數(shù)據(jù)txt文件只有Y軸ESR掃場信號數(shù)據(jù)(僅取數(shù)據(jù)欄中的前8192個點,第8193點及后面的數(shù)據(jù)為譜儀程序雙共振腔中的Channel 2數(shù)據(jù),不需要),X軸數(shù)據(jù)請自己按實驗條件添加,公式為:H0 + (i-1)* SW/8191,(其中H0為初始場,SW指的是磁場掃寬Scan Width),Origin有這方面的添加功能(打開Origin,鼠標點X軸按右鍵在Set Column Values上,會出現(xiàn)小方框,把上述公式輸入即可,注意X軸的值在設置上為:From Row 1 to 8192,)。 請按傳給您的txt文件數(shù)據(jù),把其它的相關數(shù)據(jù)在Origin上做出來即可。 有關g值標定,按下述公式計算: g = 0.07145×(MHz)/H(mT) 其中:-微波頻率(單位:MHz),H磁場(單位:mT),在txt文件里都有這方面對應的數(shù)據(jù)。 http://d.namipan.com/d/bc551d3c2 ... 6fda9a248d4e69a0200 |
