【交流】非晶硅雙節(jié)的最新記錄 已有3人參與

26日的PV magazine發(fā)布了一條新聞:非晶硅薄膜雙節(jié)太陽(yáng)能電池新的世界記錄,由德國(guó)sunfilm制造,其設(shè)備采用的是美國(guó)AMAT的設(shè)備,產(chǎn)品尺寸2.2m*2.6m,組件的峰值功率546W。 http://www.pv-magazine.com/news/ ... -sunfilm_100000586/ Sunfilm AG has announced it has set a world record of 9.6 percent total area efficiency for a thin film tandem junction silicon solar module of 2.6 meters x 2.2 meters. The record module, Model F, achieved a maximum stabilized output power of 546 Wp, says the company. With its 5.7 square meters, Sunfilm says its Model F is the largest thin film tandem junction module on the market. In a statement, it explained: “A great benefit of Model F with integrated galvanized steel back bars is its substantial cost-saving potential for Balance-of-System costs. This can be achieved through reduced cabling, simplified undermount constructions and faster installation times. The module is perfectly suited for photovoltaic applications where space is not a direct limitation, such as larger commercial roofs and utility-scale projects.” In January, a first 162-kilowatt (kWp) project with Model F was completed on the roof of an Applied Materials building in Singapore. Ulrich Wantia, CEO of Sunfilm AG commented: “With this world record efficiency of 9.6 percent , Sunfilm is well on track towards its goal of achieving an average module efficiency of 10 percent over the mid-term. 所以個(gè)人覺(jué)得這個(gè)帖子是不是AMAT故意讓別人釋放出來(lái),緩解下目前的壓力吧! 在今年三月份就傳出來(lái)AMAT的薄膜太陽(yáng)能電池事業(yè)部要裁員的消息,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)全部確認(rèn)轉(zhuǎn)向晶硅電池和LED 了。無(wú)疑是對(duì)非晶硅的當(dāng)頭一棒。 國(guó)內(nèi)目前還有這么多條線要上,像漢能控股、國(guó)電,哎。。。。 最近又傳言在廣東又要上150MW的非晶硅產(chǎn)線,不過(guò)還沒(méi)有得到證實(shí),哎。。。。 [ Last edited by floljf on 2010-7-29 at 08:53 ] |
