|
膨潤(rùn)土對(duì)美洛昔康片的吸附性能研究 摘 要：以鈣基膨潤(rùn)土及其改性產(chǎn)物作為吸附劑，較詳細(xì)地研究了膨潤(rùn)土對(duì)美洛昔康片等幾種消炎藥的吸附性能。對(duì)鈣基膨潤(rùn)土與改性土進(jìn)行了XRD, FT-IR等分析，探討了膨潤(rùn)土對(duì)美洛昔康片等幾種消炎藥的吸附，并在人工胃液與體溫條件下研究了膨潤(rùn)土對(duì)藥物的釋放情況。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，相對(duì)其他幾種消炎藥，膨潤(rùn)土對(duì)美洛昔康片的吸附較好。通過鈉化、酸化、鎂化改性過的膨潤(rùn)土對(duì)美洛昔康片的吸附效果區(qū)別不大，但脫附效果鈉化優(yōu)于酸化和鎂化。 |

The studies on adsorption properties of Bentonite on meloxicam tablets Abstract: Ca-bentonite and its modified products as adsorbents, the adsorption properties of bentonite on meloxicam tablets and other several anti-inflammatory drugs were studied in detail.Ca-bentonite and modified soil were analysed by XRD, FT-IR and other analysis methods, the adsorption of the bentonite on meloxicam tablets and other several anti-inflammatory drugs was discussed,and in conditions of artificial gastric juice and temperature ,the release situation of bentonite on drugs was studied.The results showed that compared with other several anti-inflammatory drugs, the adsorption of the bentonite on meloxicam tablets was better.The adsorption effects of bentonite modified with sodium, acid, magnesium on meloxicam tablets were not much different,but for the desorption,the bentonite modified with sodium was better than that of acid and magnesium . |
