本研究以實(shí)驗(yàn)室已構(gòu)建的帶有β-半乳糖苷酶（LacZ）報告基因并缺失MDV雙拷貝Meq基因的四川省眉山毒株（rMS△Meq）為親本病毒，通過同源重組的方法構(gòu)建了缺失mdv-miR-M9、-M5、-M12的四川省眉山地區(qū)的MDV ，命名為rMS△miR9-12，用PCR方法和測序方法進(jìn)行鑒定，證明此病毒的mdv1-miR-M9至mdv1-miR-M12編碼的基因已缺失，并將親本病毒缺失的Meq基因已補(bǔ)齊。 因?yàn)槭钦�，盡量使用被動語態(tài)，不要出現(xiàn)we等詞 |

This research laboratories have to build a β-lacz report and missing genetic copies of the gene pair meq mdv meishan, sichuan province of the rms △meq Qinben virus for the necessary restructuring of the way to build the missing mdv - - and - mir m9 m5 m12 meishan, and provincial areas of the rms mdv, named △ mir9 -12, pcr method and order means that the identification of the virus mir mdv1 - - - - mdv1 m9 to the mir m12 of genes is missing and Qinben virus meq genes are the missing piece.
