[交流] 漢譯英——分析方面的

對比大黃酸、大黃素、大黃酚及大黃素甲醚標準品和大黃素甲醚母藥的總離子流圖，圖中主峰的峰形、保留時間（5.7、9.2 、12.6 、18min ）基本一致。分別提取主峰相應的質譜圖，如圖4.2-3 （大黃酸標準品低能量和高能量負離子電離質譜圖）、4.2-4（母藥中大黃酸成分低能量和高能量負離子電離質譜圖）、4.2 -5 （大黃素標準品高能量正離子和負離子電離質譜圖）、4 . 26 （母藥中大黃素成分高能量正離子和負離子電離質譜圖）、4 . 27 （大黃酚標準品高能量正離子和負離子電離質譜圖）、4.28（母藥中大黃酚成分高能量正離子和負離子電離質譜圖）、4.29 （大黃素甲醚標準品高能量正離子和負離子電離質譜圖）、4 . 210 （母藥中大黃素甲醚成分高能量正離子和負離子電離質譜圖）所示。對比大黃酸、大黃素、大黃酚及大黃素甲醚標準品和母藥的質譜圖，并根據(jù)母藥低能量、高能量電離質譜圖中的分子離子峰和碎片峰推斷出大黃素甲醚母藥總離子流圖中位于5.7、9.2 、12.6 、18min處的峰對應的組分就是母藥的有效成分大黃酸、大黃素、大黃酚及大黃素甲醚。
