關于ISMST2010會議的拒稿意見 已有3人參與

8號收到了拒稿信,給大家看看審稿意見,另人有些哭笑不得,真不知道錄用的是不是都是直接接受的。 第一個審稿意見 A. Style and Organization: 1. Is the paper clearly presented and well organized? y 2. Is the English satisfactory? y 3. Is the title appropriate? y 4. Are the figures, tables, and their captions clear? y 5. Are the references to related work adequate? y B. Scientific Quality (Please check appropriate box): q Contains significant contributions to the advancement of the subject. q Sound, original, and of interest. q Does not add to knowledge of the subject. q Contains fundamental errors. C. Recommendation (Please check appropriate box): q Publish as it is. q Publish with minor revision noted in evaluation statement. q Publish with major revision. q Reject. 第二個審稿意見 Comparing with the mechanical modeling and electromagnetic modeling method, this paper presents an effective electromechanical coupling method to compute the power dissipation and quality factor with random rough surface. The concept is reasonable, and provides some very useful data and appropriate method for analyzing the micro/nano-scale conductors. Finally, from the technical point of view, I think it is ready for publication. In addition, there are a few typos should be corrected before submitting the whole article. List of some typos: 1. In the abstract:” A numerical methods based on the finite element formulation and the skin effect was proposed to computer……..” the “computer” should be “compute”. 2. “individually” in the sixth line should be “separately” |
