求助翻譯一個(gè)摘要

| 測(cè)量了鏈狀多烯類生物分子角黃素在環(huán)己烷中的拉曼光譜和紫外-可見(jiàn)吸收光譜。對(duì)其拉曼光譜和紫外-可見(jiàn)吸收光譜進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)紫外-可見(jiàn)吸收光譜帶比一般 躍遷紅移,其拉曼光譜的碳碳鍵的和頻、倍頻的拉曼光譜強(qiáng)度可達(dá)到基頻峰強(qiáng)的30%,基頻的拉曼散射截面比一般分子拉曼散射截面大6個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí),并對(duì)其結(jié)果應(yīng)用相干弱阻尼電子-晶格振動(dòng)模型進(jìn)行解析。 |

| The Raman-UV adsorption spectrum of chain-like polyene biological molecule canthaxanthin in cyclohexane was measured. It was found by the study of this spectrum that 1) the transition shows Einstein shift compared with common spectrum 2) the strength of carbon-carbon bond and frequency multiplication of Raman spectrum can reach 30 % that of the baseband and 3) the Raman scattering cross section of this molecule is large than ordinary ones by six orders of magnitude. Furthermore, the results were analyzed by feeble damped vibration model. |

| Raman spectrum and ultraviolet-visible (UV) absorption spectrum of Chain polyenes biological molecules Canthaxanthin in cyclohexane were measured and analyzed .the raman spectrum intensity of carbon-carbon bond's sum frequency and frequency multiplication can reach 30% of fundamental frequency peak intensity.Raman scattering cross section of fundamental frequency is 6 orders bigger than that of general molecular, and the results applied on coherent weakly damped electron-Lattice vibration model were analyzed. |
