More than 150 ECL assays with remarkably high sensitivity and extremely wide dynamic range are currently available, and accounts for hundreds of millions of dollars in sales per year. The recent development of ECL is particularly rapid. After a brief introduction to ECL, this critical review presents the active and/or emerging areas of ECL research as well as new applications and phenomena of ECL, such as light-emitting electrochemical cell, wireless electrochemical microarray using ECL as photonic reporter, high throughput analysis, aptasensors, immunoassays and DNA analysis, ECL of nanoclusters and carbon nanomaterials, ECL imaging techniques, scanning ECL microscopy, colorimetric ECL sensor, surface plasmon-coupled ECL, electrostatic chemiluminescence, soliton-like ECL waves, ECL investigation of molecular interaction, and single molecule detection. Finally, some perspectives on this rapidly developing field are discussed (322 references). 【背景簡(jiǎn)介】電化學(xué)發(fā)光(Electrochemiluminescence, ECL),是指基態(tài)分子參與電化學(xué)反應(yīng)并獲得能量,之后基態(tài)分子躍遷到激發(fā)態(tài),激發(fā)態(tài)再回到基態(tài)時(shí)發(fā)光的現(xiàn)象。 已經(jīng)商品化的體系----三(2,2’-聯(lián)吡啶)釕(即Ru(bpy)32+)的電化學(xué)發(fā)光。 優(yōu)點(diǎn):發(fā)光強(qiáng)度高、發(fā)光試劑能在水溶液和有機(jī)溶液很好地溶解、因無(wú)背景光源干擾而有很好的靈敏度、具有很好的時(shí)間和空間分辨能力、測(cè)量的線性范圍寬。 [ Last edited by weihui_cn on 2010-9-26 at 03:02 ] |
