【求助】The calculation of Nano (15 nm) WC band gap
|
| As we all know that, the bulk WC should be metal like and it has electron structure simiar to Pt. But now I fount that when the size reduced to a certain value, it will transfrom into semiconductor. Now, Who can calculate the band gap of tungsten carbide, I can add him name in my author list. |
