【求助成功】VASP POSCAR 關(guān)于模擬盒子大小 求助一下

有個(gè)VASP的問題求助一下, 從文獻(xiàn)SupportInformation得到的POSCAR文件. 我在嘗試相同的結(jié)構(gòu), 但是現(xiàn)在關(guān)于計(jì)算盒子的大小, 我有個(gè)疑惑. 這個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)是一個(gè) MOF 結(jié)構(gòu), 本身該MOF是一個(gè)cubic的unit cell, 但是由于計(jì)算時(shí)間的考慮, 在實(shí)際的計(jì)算中使用的是其rhombohedral primitive cell (a=b=c, alpha=beta=gamma=60 degree). 那個(gè)POSCAR文件的頭幾行是這樣的: CuBTC 156 atom cell 1.00000 0.0000000000000000 13.15720000000000 13.157200000000000 13.157200000000000 0.000000000000000 13.157200000000000 13.157200000000000 13.15720000000000 0.0000000000000000 按照我的理解, 它的意思是 模擬盒子的大小為a=b=c=13.1582 angstrom. (這個(gè)理解對(duì)嗎??) 但是我在VMD中將這個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)按照文件類型為'VASP POSCAR'導(dǎo)入, 然后在Tk Console里面輸入命令: pbc box顯示周期性邊界, 然后繼續(xù)輸入命令: pbc get, 我得到的信息是: {18.607090, 18.607090, 18.607090, 60.0, 60.0, 60.0}, 也就是說在VMD下, 這個(gè)模擬盒子的大小為a=b=c=18.607090 angstrom. 我之所以有一個(gè)問題, 是在那篇文獻(xiàn)中, 作者最后得到的lattice parameter a0 = 26.51angstrom. (我想作者這里指的應(yīng)該是該MOF的unit cell的lattice parameter), 和實(shí)驗(yàn)值 26.224 angstrom較吻合. 我自己在MS中按照原始文獻(xiàn)將該MOF的Unit cell畫了出來, 其lattice parameter為26.343 angstrom, 然后我在MS里面生成其primitive cell, 對(duì)應(yīng)的盒子大小為: a=b=c =18.627314 angstrom. 因此這個(gè)周期性盒子的信息, 到底哪個(gè)是正確的呢? 13.1582 or 18.607090? 多謝! 完整的POSCAR文件內(nèi)容如下: CuBTC 156 atom cell 1.00000 0.0000000000000000 13.15720000000000
