這個(gè)拒稿意見(jiàn)能反應(yīng)出哪些問(wèn)題 已有2人參與

前段時(shí)間投稿被拒，是在還沒(méi)送審情況下給拒的，給的意見(jiàn)如下： The paper is clearly written and is within the scope of the Journal. Microstructural development is central to the content. We regret, however, that in the present context of high submission rates to the Journal, we are unable to accept the paper for publication as the progress and generic science contained in the paper, though real, is too incremental. More specifically, it is incremental compared with ref [11] - in fact at least two of the figures in the present paper also appear in reference [11]. The advance in understanding of microstructural development is reasonable, although some less severely etched specimens revealing the presumed glassy phase more clearly in addition to figs 2 and 4 would have improved the presentation. However, the science involved (competition between crystallisation and growth rates etc.) has been reported previously in related systems. In summary, the paper is good but the progress compared to previous work is not sufficient. Given its very direct relationship with reference [11] it may be a good idea to submit the current paper to the same journal. 本來(lái)已中了一篇，將剩投余的數(shù)據(jù)整理了一下又了個(gè)稍差的雜志，（文中有兩張圖片重復(fù)），現(xiàn)在這個(gè)雜志也要足夠的創(chuàng)新性所以給據(jù)了（還有。我想知道從上面的話可以得出哪些暗含的信息呢，比如說(shuō)除了文章的創(chuàng)新性不足外，文章本身到底是寫(xiě)的像他所說(shuō)的the paper is good 嗎，這是不是客套話？投其它雜志有一稿多投的嫌疑嗎？ |
