大家好，我現(xiàn)在在看一家雜志的投稿要求，可是對(duì)下面的一段文字不是很明白，還請(qǐng)各位幫忙翻譯一下，謝謝！ It is important that the file be saved in the native format of the wordprocessor used. The text should be in single-column format. Keep the layout of the text as simple as possible. Most formatting codes will be removed and replaced on processing the article. In particular, do not use the wordprocessor's options to justify text or to hyphenate words. However, do use bold face, italics, subscripts, superscripts etc. Do not embed "graphically designed" equations or tables, but prepare these using the wordprocessor's facility. When preparing tables, if you are using a table grid, use only one grid for each individual table and not a grid for each row. If no grid is used, use tabs, not spaces, to align columns. The electronic text should be prepared in a way very similar to that of conventional manuscripts .Do not import the figures into the text file but, instead, indicate their approximate locations directly in the electronic text and on the manuscript. See also the section on Electronic illustrations. To avoid unnecessary errors you are strongly advised to use the "spell-check" and "grammar-check" functions of your wordprocessor |

用文字處理程序保存初稿是很重要的，文章須以單行索引的形式排版，結(jié)構(gòu)越簡(jiǎn)單越好。在處理文章的過(guò)程中，這些編碼會(huì)被移位或代替。尤其是不要用文字編輯菜單調(diào)整排版或使用連字符號(hào)連接單詞�？傊灰褂煤隗w、斜體、上下標(biāo)字等，不要嵌入圖標(biāo)式的公式或表格，運(yùn)用word編輯工具。在繪制圖表是，如果要用到格柵，每一個(gè)表格只用一個(gè)格柵，不要每行都用獨(dú)立的格柵。如果不用格柵而用制表符，那么你要打空格，在原稿和電子文檔中直接適當(dāng)調(diào)整位置以對(duì)齊。文章中也需要有插圖。 為了避免不必要的錯(cuò)誤，強(qiáng)烈建議在你的文字處理中運(yùn)用拼寫(xiě)矯正及語(yǔ)法矯正功能。 |
