曹春陽,男,1970年8月 出生。中國科學(xué)院上海有機化學(xué)研究所“百人計劃”研究員,課題組負(fù)責(zé)人。 1998年8月-2001年7月: 中國科學(xué)院上海有機化學(xué)研究所有機化學(xué)博士。 2001年8月-2004年1月: 美國約翰霍普金斯大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院藥理系博士后。 2004年2月-2005年11月:美國約翰霍普金斯大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院藥理系研究助理,核磁共振瓦里安譜儀500M與600M (配有低溫探頭)技術(shù)管理員。 2005年12月-2006年8月:美國加州膜蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)研究中心Salk生物學(xué)研究所結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)實驗室研究助理。 2006年9月-現(xiàn)在:中科院上海有機化學(xué)研究所“百人計劃”研究員,課題組負(fù)責(zé)人。 主要研究方向與研究方法 1) 利用核磁共振(NMR)技術(shù)研究若干生物大分子溶液三維結(jié)構(gòu)、動力學(xué)與功能關(guān)系。 2) 利用NMR研究許多重要酶在核酸復(fù)制過程中識別、剪切與修復(fù)核酸損傷位點的機制,以及相關(guān)蛋白與核酸相互作用機制。 3) 利用化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)修飾(有機合成)與酶學(xué)方法研究與疾病相關(guān)的酶與底物相互作用機制。 4) 利用定點突變技術(shù)研究重要氨基酸及有關(guān)氨基酸側(cè)鏈在酶生物催化過程中的作用。 5) 基于生物大分子溶液三維結(jié)構(gòu)及相關(guān)酶生物催化機制, 利用有機合成方法進(jìn)行抗腫瘤藥物分子、其它藥物分 子合理化設(shè)計。 已發(fā)文章: 1) The Catalytic Power of Uracil DNA Glycosylase in the Opening of Thymine Base Pairs Chunyang Cao, Y.L.
