具體情況如下： 曹春陽，男，1970年8月 出生。中國科學院上海有機化學研究所“百人計劃”研究員，課題組負責人。 1998年8月－2001年7月： 中國科學院上海有機化學研究所有機化學博士。 2001年8月－2004年1月： 美國約翰霍普金斯大學醫(yī)學院藥理系博士后。 2004年2月－2005年11月：美國約翰霍普金斯大學醫(yī)學院藥理系研究助理，核磁共振瓦里安譜儀500M與600M （配有低溫探頭）技術管理員。 2005年12月－2006年8月：美國加州膜蛋白結構研究中心Salk生物學研究所結構生物學實驗室研究助理。 2006年9月－現(xiàn)在：中科院上海有機化學研究所“百人計劃”研究員，課題組負責人。 主要研究方向與研究方法 1） 利用核磁共振（NMR）技術研究若干生物大分子溶液三維結構、動力學與功能關系。 2） 利用NMR研究許多重要酶在核酸復制過程中識別、剪切與修復核酸損傷位點的機制，以及相關蛋白與核酸相互作用機制。 3） 利用化學結構修飾（有機合成）與酶學方法研究與疾病相關的酶與底物相互作用機制。 4） 利用定點突變技術研究重要氨基酸及有關氨基酸側鏈在酶生物催化過程中的作用。 5） 基于生物大分子溶液三維結構及相關酶生物催化機制, 利用有機合成方法進行抗腫瘤藥物分子、其它藥物分 子合理化設計。 已發(fā)文章： 1) The Catalytic Power of Uracil DNA Glycosylase in the Opening of Thymine Base Pairs Chunyang Cao, Y.L.
