三乙醇胺水溶液濃度對HNBR膠液中銠催化劑脫除的影響 （RhCl(PPh3)3中的銠為三配位、一價(jià)，外層16個(gè)電子，得2個(gè)電子達(dá)到18電子的穩(wěn)定結(jié)構(gòu)，HNBR分子結(jié)構(gòu)中含丙烯腈，由于—CN上的N原子可提供孤對電子正好與銠催化劑形成配位化合物，（RhCl(PPh3)3中的銠與HNBR分子鏈上的—CN有一定的配位作用而不易被脫除。三乙醇胺中的N在氧氣的作用下與銠空軌道的配位能力強(qiáng)于HNBR中的—CN，可以將銠從HNBR奪取過來，三乙醇胺與銠配位形成的絡(luò)合物具有極性，極性決定了這種絡(luò)合物在水中要比在二甲苯中有更好的溶解性，因此極易溶于水，從而可以將（RhCl(PPh3)3從HNBR膠液中脫除到水相。脫除作用化學(xué)反應(yīng)式： 三乙醇胺同時(shí)作為絡(luò)合劑、萃取劑，其濃度對銠催化劑的脫除意義重大。 |
