新型貝氏體焊條對合金鋼組合轍叉翼軌的堆焊修復(fù) 國家重點項目 ※項目描述 •采用新型的貝氏體焊條（JD-960）對現(xiàn)役鋼軌進行堆焊修復(fù)，延長其使用壽命，節(jié)約養(yǎng)護費用，保證行車安全，提高經(jīng)濟效益，滿足鐵路不同使用環(huán)境下的需要。 ※負責(zé)工作 •根據(jù)現(xiàn)有焊接對象，制定相關(guān)焊接工藝，并進行大量現(xiàn)場試驗，經(jīng)過檢測分析，選取最適合的工藝參數(shù)。根據(jù)工作環(huán)境，對在線修復(fù)焊機進行了整體結(jié)構(gòu)改造。 •參與焊裝工藝設(shè)備驗收，并在生產(chǎn)中就工藝維護和技術(shù)更改提出建議。 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)長效防腐新材料稀土鋁合金—稀土鋁合金系列產(chǎn)品鋼卷材線的技術(shù)論證 •針對目前，鋼鐵防腐的現(xiàn)狀，研發(fā)出一種新型的鋼鐵防腐材料—稀土鋁合金（國家專利） ，可適用于各種腐蝕環(huán)境，大氣，海水，天然氣等。 •結(jié)合現(xiàn)實生活中的鋼鐵腐蝕狀況，制定相似實驗方案，詳細記錄數(shù)據(jù)。 •負責(zé)收集相關(guān)材料，整理實驗數(shù)據(jù)，修改論證報告。 |
