圖4是A、B和C的NH3-TPD曲線,從圖4可以看出,A、B和C催化劑都有兩個NH3脫附峰,低溫峰對應(yīng)于NH3 在沸石骨架中弱酸中心的脫附,高溫峰對應(yīng)于NH3在沸石骨架中強酸中心上的脫附,其中低溫脫附峰面積較大,高溫峰脫附峰面積較小,說明A、B和C催化劑都呈弱酸性,A的酸性較B和C都弱,用于餾份油加氫反應(yīng)時有利于異構(gòu)化反應(yīng),可避免過多裂化反應(yīng)的發(fā)生。 The NH3-TPD curves of A、B and C are showed in Figure 4.In Figure 4, A、B and C all have two desorption peak of NH3,the low temperature peak is correspond to the desoption on the weak acid center,and high temperature peak is correspond to the desoption on the strong acid center,which the area of low temperature peak is larger and the area of high temperature peak is smaller.It indicates that all the acid of A、B and C are weak,and the A is the weakest of all three catalysts, it is beneficial to isomerization reaction and excessive hydrocracking can be avoided. |
