請(qǐng)問:做有機(jī)太陽能電池的金屬電極時(shí),目前有沒有新方法 我是學(xué)化學(xué)材料的,最近想進(jìn)入有關(guān)有機(jī)無機(jī)雜化材料的光伏功能研究。最近剛剛投入研究,關(guān)于金屬電極的制備是個(gè)難題,因?yàn)槲覀冞@里沒有濺射設(shè)備和真空蒸鍍?cè)O(shè)備,不知道大家有咩有新的方法,可以繞過這個(gè)過程。。。呵呵。。成績(jī)不出,資金不到啊! 請(qǐng)有有關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同學(xué)們討論一下,呵呵。。。我在一個(gè)光伏論壇上求助過,可惜回答的不理想呀!多謝各位。 |

我感覺很無語。。。沒想到大名鼎鼎的小木蟲,就是這些素質(zhì)個(gè)人? 首先,學(xué)問無絕對(duì)的對(duì)錯(cuò),這本身就是一個(gè)討論的過程。既然是討論,就要旗幟鮮明的表達(dá)出自己的觀點(diǎn),而不是一些似是而非、陰陽怪氣的言談-----是對(duì),還是錯(cuò)?是錯(cuò),錯(cuò)在了什么地方,而不是說什么‘100億美元’、‘孩子’這些明顯帶有輕微侮辱意味的詞句。 其次,具體到這個(gè)問題,我還是認(rèn)為,要想實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化,金屬陰極的真空蒸鍍還是必須找到替代辦法的。不談?wù)翦儗?duì)活性材料的影響,我在企業(yè)工作過幾年,盡管不是太陽電池行業(yè),但也知道真空特別是高真空在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)是很難實(shí)現(xiàn)的;即使實(shí)現(xiàn)了也只能間歇式的生產(chǎn),而不能像絲網(wǎng)印刷或者噴墨技術(shù)這樣低成本、連續(xù)式的生產(chǎn)。 至于說文獻(xiàn)問題,我在上面的帖子里已經(jīng)提到了兩個(gè)人的文獻(xiàn),另外還有一個(gè)人的文獻(xiàn),有空可以看一下:YinHua Zhou。我還沒有仔細(xì)找,僅找到了兩篇文獻(xiàn),都是討論替代ITO和蒸鍍金屬陰極的文章, Yinhua Zhou, Fengling Zhang, Kristofer, et al.
