因此,選用適當催化劑和其他功能材料,使稠油實現(xiàn)催化裂解或降解,不可逆地降低重組分含量或改變其分子結(jié)構(gòu),降低稠油黏度,在一定程度上使稠油輕質(zhì)化,可以降低稠油開采、集輸和加工難度,這也是當前研究的熱點之一。為了尋求優(yōu)良的催化劑和其他功能材料,先前主要的文獻和研究集中在實驗方面,但實驗需要耗費大量人力、物力、財力,且周期較長?紤]到目前從對于稠油降黏催化劑的理論研究較少,本課題將利用密度泛函理論(DFT)計算方法,利用Gaussian03軟件包,結(jié)合Chem 3D等軟件,從電子結(jié)構(gòu)和化學鍵方面,探討應用催化劑或功能材料降低稠油中氫鍵,以達到稠油降黏的可能性。 石油中的非烴組成主要是含氧、氮和硫等三種元素的有機化合物,而最重要的含氧化合物是酸類化合物。氫鍵的作用使得分子間相互作用力增強,從而導致稠油粘稠度增高。以下主要以乙酸-呋喃為模型,探討含鐵離子催化劑對氫鍵的影響,實現(xiàn)削弱氫鍵的可能性。 |
