| Abstract: The electrolysis methods of the lead material which was wasted in lead-acid battery production process were studied in the paper. The optimal desulfurization process was determined by orthogonal test. The result show that the ratio between the amount of PbSO4 in lead paste and NaOH was 1:1.5; the temperature of desulfurization was 50℃; and the solid-liquid ratio was 4∶1; the desulfurization time was 90min。The effects of electrolyte temperature、concentration of NaOH、electrode spacing and current density on electrolysis process were also investigated by the process condition experiment.The optimal parameters for the treatment techniques had been find out, they were: the concentration of NaOH was 3 mol/L; the electric current density was 200 A/cm2; the temperature of electrolysis was 45℃and the electrode spacing was 3 cm. |
