Although there is significant literature on implementation of enterprise software systems, there are fewer contributions that give rigorous formal analyzing. In this paper, we present formal model of intelligent connector for constructing enterprise intelligent applications. As a core of the enterprise intelligence component, our model is presented at different levels of abstraction and formalism by pi-calculus, and the characters of dynamic rebuilding, intelligent controlling business chains are formally analyzed.
