ADP of Atom O10 is N.P.D. or (nearly) 2D ... ?兩個(gè)原子都是非正定,如果確定原子沒有定錯(cuò)可以試試ISOR命令 Atom O3 has ADP max/min Ratio ..... 8.70 prola Atom O4 has ADP max/min Ratio ..... 6.10 prola同上 Disordered O10’ has ADP max/min Ratio ..... 7.60 這個(gè)無序O原子處理的不是很合適,重新再處理下 Large Non-Solvent O Ueq(max)/Ueq(min) ... 10.00 Ratio 估計(jì)上面問題解決后這個(gè)問題也會(huì)消除 Check High Ueq as Compared to Neighbors for O11 該原子溫度因子過高,可能存在無序 請(qǐng)?jiān)僮屑?xì)檢查下空間群等,如果沒有問題,就再好好處理 下無序問題吧 |
