今天下午催了一下，看編輯的信是已經(jīng)有一個(gè)審稿意見了，還在等第二個(gè)，也不知道回來的這個(gè)審稿意見怎么樣啊？ 下面是編輯的回信， Thank you for your email regarding the above paper. We have received one report so far but we have been experiencing difficulty in obtaining the second report we require in order to make a publishing decision. Unfortunately a number of referees we have tried have either not been able to provide a review or have failed to respond to our request. The paper is currently out with a further two referees and we hope to receive the second report we require shortly. If we are not able to obtain a second report we will ask a member of the MST Editorial Board to report on the paper. As soon as we have received a second report and a publishing decision has been made I will let you know. Please accept our apologies for the delay and for any inconvenience it has caused. |
