【求助】鈦合金EBSD電解拋光

Sample Text本人主要做TC4、TC11兩種鈦合金的電解拋光,目前一直在做TC4,采用的是10%的高氯酸甲醇電解液,用冰塊冷卻溫度可到4℃,短時間長時間的都試過,拋光后在光學(xué)顯微鏡下可以看到明顯的晶界,上鏡效果不好,最好的一次只有40%的標(biāo)定率,已經(jīng)嘗試了很久,一直是這樣沒有進(jìn)展,希望各位能夠指導(dǎo)指導(dǎo),謝謝! [ Last edited by 鋼鐵盒子 on 2011-3-23 at 22:44 ] |

Do not worry, just try. Titanium alloys are easier than magnesium alloys. After you encounter and overcome all the difficulties, you become an expert. Depending on chemical composition and thermal history, some titanium alloys are dual phases, i.e., low temperature phase (h.c.p.) and high temperature phase (b.c.c.) may co-exist. |

試試這兩個方子吧,注意攪拌。 (1)Perchloric 6% + Butoxyethanol 34% + Methanol 60%,-30C, 35V, 9mA (2) 60 mL of 60% perchloric acid + 390 mL methanol + 350 mL ethylene glycol,Voltage = 38V, t <= 15 sec, T ~ 5 C, Counter electrode = Stainless steel Agitation: (i) gently stir electrolyte with stir bar, (ii) rapidly agitate working electrode. Trick 1: Remove sample from electrolyte under voltage, then immediately plunge it into room-temp distilled water and agitate sample slowly. Trick 2: Wipe working electrode with Acetone and air dry before polishing. |

你要仔細(xì)一點(diǎn),”60 mL of 60% perchloric acid + 390 mL methanol + 350 mL ethylene glycol“按比例縮小一半以后,不是“30mL of 60% perchloric acid + 185ml methanol + 175 mL ethylene glycol”,而是“30mL of 60% perchloric acid + 195ml methanol + 175 mL ethylene glycol”。 |
