| 鹽效萃取是指鹽加入到恒沸有機物水溶液中時,由于鹽與溶劑分子的相互作用,引起溶液液-液相平衡的變化,即溶劑間分配系數(shù)的變化,從而達到分離的目的。對于環(huán)己酮-水體系而言,由于碳酸鉀與水的相互作用遠遠大于環(huán)己酮與水的相互作用,因此,當(dāng)碳酸鉀加入到環(huán)己酮水溶液中時,由于碳酸鉀的鹽析效應(yīng),使環(huán)己酮-水-碳酸鉀體系達到相平衡狀態(tài)時所形成的有機相中含有少量水和極少量碳酸鉀,鹽水相中含有極少量的環(huán)己酮,從而實現(xiàn)環(huán)己酮-水恒沸物的低能耗分離。 |
