Your paper was submitted to Special issue: Nanostr. Optoelectronics. A number of papers have been submitted to this Special issue. However, the editor cannot send the papers for review until the Guest Editor of the issue provides a list of people that presented at the conference (E-MRS 2011). Only presenters at the conference can submit a paper to this Special issue. Your submission entitled "*" has been received by Materials Science and Engineering B. However, no papers will be sent for review until the conference/symposium has taken place and a list of those that presented a paper at the conference/symposium is submitted by the person responsible for the conference/symposium. As a result, your manuscript is being returned to you. Please resubmit your paper after the conference/symposium at which you presented has taken place. |
