【求助】這篇實驗中二氧化硅的制備有人重復(fù)過嗎? 已有6人參與

Mechanism of Formation of Uniform-Sized Silica Nanospheres這篇實驗中制備12nm左右的二氧化硅有人重復(fù)過嗎? 12 nm in size were synthesized according to the original method with slight modifications. First, regent grade lysine (0.001 mol, Aldrich, 98%) was dissolved in deionized water with stirring at 333 K. TEOS (0.05 mol, Tokyo Kasei) was added to the lysinewater solution in one step. The molar composition of the reactants was 1TEOS: 0.02lysine: 162H2O. 這個實驗我重復(fù)后坐SEM 為什么沒有看到球,而用得到產(chǎn)物蒸干產(chǎn)量很高,我想問下前輩們幫幫忙,重復(fù)這個實驗需要注意哪些事情? |

60度烘箱里蒸發(fā)干燥,干燥以后得到的白色粉末放在坩堝里在550度煅燒5-10小時。 2006 JACS 和2009 Chem. Mater. 里寫的不是很清楚。 最簡單的方法,不要加入Octane,不用在100度下靜置。 按我論文里合成seed的方法來重復(fù),非常簡單,重復(fù)性也很好,關(guān)鍵的是要控制攪拌,攪拌子的大小以及轉(zhuǎn)速對小球的大小影響很大。 還有要注意的是有時候24小時的反應(yīng)時間不夠,得看到上層的 TEOS phase全部消失為止才算反應(yīng)結(jié)束。 http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/la103564p Synthesis of Spherical Silica Seeds. In a typical synthesis, Arg (54.6 mg) was dissolved in water (41.4 g) in a 110 ml glass vial at room temperature. TEOS (3.13 g) was added to the Arg-water solution. The reaction was carried out at 60 °C in a water bath under magnetic stirring for 24 h. The stirring rate was maintained at ca. 500 rpm to obtain TEOS-in-water emulsion system using a 2 cm long Teflon-coated magnetic stirring bar.
