【求助】ElectStruc_OpenDX_dist的安裝

各位蟲友，大家好。我正在學習Abinit,今天試著安裝ElectStruc_OpenDX_dist，但始終沒有成功，請大家?guī)蛶兔臀铱纯慈绾谓鉀Q，非常感謝！我在終端的操作如下： administrator@ubuntu:~$ cd /home/administrator/文檔/ElecStruc_OpenDX_dist/modules administrator@ubuntu:~/文檔/ElecStruc_OpenDX_dist/modules$ csh ubuntu:~/文檔/ElecStruc_OpenDX_dist/modules> dx -whicharch linux ubuntu:~/文檔/ElecStruc_OpenDX_dist/modules> setenv DXARCH 'variable name' ubuntu:~/文檔/ElecStruc_OpenDX_dist/modules> make Makefile:13: /opt/dx/lib_variable: 沒有那個文件或目錄 Makefile:13: name/arch.mak: 沒有那個文件或目錄 make: *** 沒有規(guī)則可以創(chuàng)建目標“name/arch.mak”。 停止。 ubuntu:~/文檔/ElecStruc_OpenDX_dist/modules> 我對ElectStruc_OpenDX_dist目錄下readme中的這段話沒有理解: 2) You need to set the DXARCH environment variable. Execute the command "dx -whicharch" to see which architecture you are running. Then set the environment variable, in C shell, the command is "setenv DXARCH 'variable name'". 3) Edit the "Makefile" file and set the BASE variable to the appropriate location of the dx main directory. 可能是導致安裝失敗的關(guān)鍵。 |
