哦 我點(diǎn)擊了那個(gè) Licence to Publish form 又出來了這么一個(gè)東西 請(qǐng)問我是點(diǎn)擊那個(gè)accpete按鈕嗎? 這雜志RSC的 以前沒投過 不是很清楚 需要大家?guī)椭?br /> 30-Nov-2010 PY-ART-11-2010-000391 The Royal Society of Chemistry Licence to Publish Version 6.0 The Work consists of all files submitted using this E-submissions system, including, but not limited to, the text of this paper, figures, illustrations, diagrams and tables ('the Paper') and the accompanying supplementary material ('the Supplementary Material'). The Author(s) are those named in the submitted Work. Please note: all Authors must have been informed of the full content of the Work at the time of submission. If the Author(s) does not own the copyright in the Work, click DECLINE. State who the Owner is and state why the Author(s) does not own the copyright in the Work (e.g. the Author(s) wrote the Work in the course of employment with the Owner). If there is any other reason that the Author(s) cannot sign, click DECLINE. If the Author(s) is the Owner then, where used below, 'the Owner' means the Author(s). The Work consists of the paper or other contribution, including but not limited to, the text of the paper, figures, illustrations, diagrams and tables ('the Paper') and the accompanying supplementary material, that is, material that relates to the Paper that will not be made available as part of the Paper, but that will be made available electronically only ('the Supplementary Material'). 1. In consideration of the RSC evaluating the Work for publication by the RSC (and publishing the Work if it so decides) the Owner grants to the RSC the exclusive right and licence throughout the world to edit, adapt, translate, reproduce and publish the Paper and a non-exclusive right and licence throughout the world to edit, adapt, translate, reproduce and publish the Supplementary Material in all formats, in all media and by all means (whether now existing or in future devised). Such licences are for the full term of copyright in the Work throughout the world (including all renewals, extensions and reversions). Such licences are freely transferable by the RSC and include the right to sub license. The RSC may sell or distribute the Work, the Paper, and/or the Supplementary Material within a journal, on its own, or with other related material. 2. The Owner warrants, on behalf of all the Author(s), that: (a) The Owner is authorized by all Author(s) to enter into these arrangements. (b) the Work is the original work of the Author(s) and not copied (in whole or in part) from any other work or matter or (if the Work includes copyright works of persons other than the Author(s)) the Work is substantially the original work of the Author(s) and all necessary permissions have been obtained for use of such copyright works of such other persons. (c) the Work has not been and will not prior to publication by the RSC be published, with the sole exception of deposition of the pre-submitted manuscript in non-commercial subject repository(ies) (e.g. ArXiv). Upon submission of the Work to the RSC the Author(s) must disclose any prior deposition in any repository(ies). (d) the exercise of the rights granted to the RSC by this Licence will not infringe the copyright of any person or result in any breach of confidentiality or the breach of any contract or of any law. 3. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Licence: (a) This Licence shall take effect as a non-exclusive licence in respect of any parts of the Work as were written by an Author(s) in the course of employment by the British Government and copyright of such parts of the Work shall be reserved to the Crown. (b) This Licence shall take effect only to the extent permitted by the laws of the United States of America if and to the extent that the Work or any part of the Work was written by an Author(s) in the course of employment by the United States Government. 4. Deposition of the Paper Deposition of any form of the Paper is allowed in non-commercial repositories only. Deposition of the accepted version of the submitted Paper (a) The RSC shall deposit the accepted version of the submitted Paper in non-commercial repository(ies) as deemed appropriate, including but not limited to the Author(s)’ funding agency repository(ies). There shall be an embargo of making the above deposited material available to the public of 12 months from the date of acceptance. (b) The Author(s) may deposit the accepted version of the submitted Paper in their institutional repository(ies). There shall be an embargo of making the above deposited material available to the public of 12 months from the date of acceptance. There shall be a link from this Paper to the final (PDF) version of the Paper on the RSC’s website once this final version is available. (c) The Author(s) may make available the accepted version of the submitted Paper via the personal website(s) of the Author(s) or via the Intranet(s) of the organisation(s) where the Author(s) work(s). No embargo period applies. Deposition of the final (PDF) version of the Paper (a) The Author(s) may make available the final (PDF) version of the Paper via the personal website(s) of the Author(s) or via the Intranet(s) of the organisation(s) where the Author(s) work(s). No embargo period applies. (b) The Author(s) may republish the final (PDF) version of the Paper in theses of the Author(s) in printed form and may make available this PDF in the theses of Author(s) via any website(s) that the university(ies) of the Author(s) may have for the deposition of theses. No embargo period applies. Persons who receive or access the PDF mentioned above must be notified that this may not be further made available or distributed. Excluded deposition of any version of the Paper by any person or organisation (a) No deposited Paper, whether in an Institutional Repository, Funding Body Repository or personal website, may be forwarded to any website collection of research articles without prior agreement from the RSC. (b) Deposition of the Paper on any website acting as a collection of personal articles from multiple scientists is explicitly prohibited. This does not apply to Institutional and Funding Body Repositories. Deposition of the Supplementary Material Author(s) and/or the RSC may deposit the Supplementary Material corresponding to the Paper in any repository, there being no embargo. 5. The Author(s) may, without seeking permission from the RSC: (a) reproduce/republish portions of the Paper (including the abstract); (b) photocopy the Paper and distribute such photocopies and distribute printed copies of the final (PDF) version of the Paper upon publication of the Paper for personal or professional use only, provided that any such copies are not offered for sale; (c) adapt the Paper and reproduce adaptations of the Paper for any purpose other than the commercial exploitation of a work similar to the original; (d) reproduce, perform, transmit and otherwise communicate the Paper to the public in spoken presentations (including those which are accompanied by visual material such as slides, overheads and computer projections). 6. The Author(s) must submit a written request to the RSC for any other use than those specified in Clause 5. All cases of republication/reproduction must be accompanied by an acknowledgement of first publication of the Work by the RSC in the form: (original citation) – Reproduced by permission of The Royal Society of Chemistry 7. If the RSC notifies the Author(s) that it will not be publishing the Work or if the Author(s) chooses to withdraw the Work prior to publication then all licences granted to the RSC as set out in this Licence cease. 8. This Licence shall be governed in all respects by English law. This Licence embodies and sets forth the understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior understandings and written agreements relating to the subject matter of this Licence. By clicking the ACCEPT button you are accepting the terms of this LICENCE TO PUBLISH and that you are the Owner or someone duly authorised to agree to the Licence for the Owner.
