【求助】測(cè)試Mott-Schottkky曲線的意義

請(qǐng)教各位: 本人在看文獻(xiàn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)作者測(cè)定了不銹鋼的Mott-Schottkky曲線,通過(guò)斜率之類的數(shù)值確定了電化學(xué)體系的參數(shù)。 但小弟實(shí)在不知測(cè)試Mott-Schottkky曲線的原理和意義。 請(qǐng)高手不吝賜教! 謝謝! |

Staircase Potentio Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(Mott-Schottky),is designed to perform successive impedance measurements during a potential sweep. The main application of this technique is to study electrochemical reaction kinetics along voltamperometric curves in analytical electrochemistry. Thus this technique finds all its interest to study the complexity of non-stationary interfaces with faradic processes where the total AC response is required. Another common application of such a technique is semi-conductor materials study. For these stationary systems,only two or three frequencies for each potential step are required to determine the donor density and the flat band potential. The SPEIS technique consists in a staircase potential sweep. An impedance measurement is performed on each potential step. For all these applications a Mott-Schottky plot (1/C2 vs. Ewe)can be displayed and a special linear fit is applied to extract the semi-conductor parameters. |
