各位蟲友麻煩幫兄弟翻譯一下，好嗎？在此謝過各位了。郵箱：guoyanan_nnhotmail.com 3藥理活性實(shí)驗(yàn) 3.1小鼠的分組及給藥方式 挑選體重在20-24 g左右的雄性昆明小鼠，實(shí)驗(yàn)前一天對小鼠進(jìn)行預(yù)懸尾和游泳實(shí)驗(yàn)（選擇停止不動(dòng)時(shí)間在70-160 s之間的小鼠用于正式實(shí)驗(yàn)）。隨意分成18組，每組10只，其中以1組為空白對照、1組為陽性對照、7組分別進(jìn)藥，所測試的化合物均按50 mg\kg-1進(jìn)藥，實(shí)驗(yàn)前30 min經(jīng)口腔灌胃方式給藥待測藥物及陽性對照藥氟西汀，空白對照組用純蒸餾水替代，t檢驗(yàn)法對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理。 3.2 小鼠強(qiáng)迫游泳實(shí)驗(yàn) 參照Porsolt法小鼠強(qiáng)迫游泳抗抑郁藥理實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ�，空白對照組用純蒸餾水替代，每次給藥后1 h將單只小鼠放入水深10 cm燒杯（18 cm×14 cm）中，水溫（25±2）℃，觀察6-7 min，記錄后4 min內(nèi)小鼠游泳的累計(jì)不動(dòng)時(shí)間（即小鼠后肢無動(dòng)作或后肢微動(dòng)卻保持身體漂浮不動(dòng)的時(shí)間），每做完一次后即換水，實(shí)驗(yàn)前30 min口腔灌胃待測藥物及陽性對照藥氟西汀。小鼠不動(dòng)時(shí)間越短，抗抑郁作用就越強(qiáng)。 3.3 小鼠懸尾實(shí)驗(yàn) 在25 cm×25 cm×25 cm懸尾箱頂板中心繩上連一夾子，夾小鼠尾尖1 cm處使之倒懸，頭部離箱底面4-5 cm。經(jīng)灌藥后懸尾6 min，累計(jì)后4 min小鼠不動(dòng)時(shí)間。小鼠懸尾不動(dòng)時(shí)間越短，抗抑郁作用就越強(qiáng)。 4 結(jié)果與討論 通過小鼠強(qiáng)迫游泳和小鼠懸尾兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ惋@示新型嗎啉類化合物在50 mg\kg-1劑量下與空白組相比均能夠不同程度降低小鼠不動(dòng)時(shí)間，表明此系列化合物可能具有一定的抗抑郁活性。 |

3 Pharmacological experiments 3.1 Grouping and drug delivery in mice Selection of about 20-24 g body weight in male mice, the day before the experiment mice were pre-swimming test and tail suspension (select stops moving between 70-160 s time for formal study in mice). Were randomly divided into 18 groups of 10 each, of which a control group, a positive control group, 7 group were into drugs, the test compounds according to 50 mg \ kg-1 into the drug, 30 min before the experiment by way of oral gavage administration of tested drugs and the positive control drug fluoxetine, the control group with distilled water instead of pure, t test method data for statistical analysis. 3.2 The reference Porsolt forced swimming test in mice in mouse forced swimming test model of antidepressant pharmacology, control group with pure distilled water instead, each time 1 h after administration to mice placed in a single beaker 10 cm depth (18 cm × 14 cm), the water temperature (25 ± 2) ℃, observed 6-7 min, 4 min after recording the cumulative swimming within the fixed time (ie, no mouse movement or hind limb was to keep the body floating in micro-time fixed ), after changing the water every once finished, oral gavage 30 min before the experiment and the positive control tested drugs fluoxetine. Shorter immobility time in mice, the stronger antidepressant effect. 3.3 The tail suspension test in mice In the 25 cm × 25 cm × 25 cm center rope suspension with a rear roof clip, clip 1 cm at the mouse tip so hung upside down, head away from the bottom surface of 4-5 cm. Tail suspension by perfusion after 6 min, 4 min after total immobility time in mice. Fixed mouse tail suspension shorter, stronger antidepressant effect. 4 Results and discussion Through the mouse tail suspension and mouse forced swimming test model shows two new morpholine compounds in the 50 mg \ kg-1 dose, compared with the control group were reduced to varying degrees of immobility time in mice, suggesting that this series of compounds may has some antidepressant activity. |
