【求助】新手關(guān)于gaussian運(yùn)行求助�。�！急！急！懸賞求解�。�

本人菜鳥(niǎo)，剛開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)gaussian，經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)星期摸索，終于安裝成功軟件linux RedHat版. 但是輸入測(cè)試文檔后，輸出文件最后只到這一步（如下面所示）： Rotational constants (GHZ): 919.0227225 408.0852053 282.5991530 Standard basis: STO-3G (5D, 7F) There are 4 symmetry adapted basis functions of A1 symmetry. NBasis= 7 RedAO= T NBF= 4 0 1 2 NBsUse= 7 1.00D-06 NBFU= 4 0 1 2 這個(gè)結(jié)果與給出的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)輸出明顯不同（似乎沒(méi)有計(jì)算完畢）。 我又依次輸入了top——u——usr命令檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)程，并沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)有相關(guān)gaussian程序執(zhí)行，換了不同輸入文檔（來(lái)自小木蟲(chóng)，正確性因該不會(huì)有問(wèn)題），重復(fù)了很多次，結(jié)果依然，均沒(méi)有在最后的log看到任務(wù)結(jié)束的顯示。 我想知道到底是程序本身沒(méi)有安裝好？還是我的操作不當(dāng)結(jié)束了程序？或者gaussian程序依然在執(zhí)行，只是我沒(méi)有看到？怎樣才知道gaussian是否安裝成功？如何知道執(zhí)行程序是否依然進(jìn)行?希望大家給予指點(diǎn)，不勝感激！ |

首先，建議任何新手包括高手在內(nèi)，輸入文件的命令行都要寫(xiě)成#p ******的形式，也就是#后面一定要緊跟一個(gè)字母p，這樣輸出文件內(nèi)容會(huì)更豐富，便于跟蹤系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行到哪里，對(duì)出錯(cuò)信息的描述更加豐富； 其次，遞交命令應(yīng)該是g09 yourfile.gjf&，然后回車，也就是文件結(jié)尾跟上一個(gè)&符號(hào)，表示放到后臺(tái)運(yùn)行； 然后用top命令看301,502等等是否跑起來(lái)了； 如果遞交任務(wù)后需要退出，一定要用exit命令來(lái)退出，不要直接關(guān)閉ssh的窗口，否則隨著你的退出，任務(wù)可能就同時(shí)被終止了。如果這個(gè)賬號(hào)有多人登錄運(yùn)行，也許別人的誤操作也會(huì)kill掉你的進(jìn)程。 由于沒(méi)有#p的命令，從你的輸出文件中看不到任何錯(cuò)誤信息。。。 再試一次，把錯(cuò)誤信息貼出來(lái)，大家看看。 |
