|
藻經(jīng)濃度梯度馴養(yǎng)后,能夠適應(yīng)較高濃度含鹽廢水。廢水不經(jīng)滅菌處理,利用微生物和藻類(lèi)之間的共生作用構(gòu)建菌-藻混養(yǎng)體系。當(dāng)廢水稀釋比為0.95,光照度為1200Lux,培養(yǎng)溫度為34℃,二氧化碳濃度為6.3%時(shí),廢水處理效果最佳,此時(shí)廢水COD降低30.03%,蛋白質(zhì)含量降低10.15%,鹽含量降低22.56%,pH值從4.56上升到10.02。培養(yǎng)后的廢水仍然達(dá)不到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),藻液離心分離后,將未馴化的藻種接種到離心液中繼續(xù)培養(yǎng),二次培養(yǎng)廢水COD降到100mg/ml以下,達(dá)到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。通過(guò)對(duì)培養(yǎng)條件的優(yōu)化,蛋白核小球藻的細(xì)胞干重可達(dá)到1.25g/L,脂肪酸含量可以達(dá)到44.36%,可用于生物燃料的生產(chǎn)原料。 目前本課題處于初步研究階段,廢水稀釋比例比較大,這會(huì)造成水資源浪費(fèi),使處理設(shè)施龐大、投資增加、運(yùn)行費(fèi)用提高,F(xiàn)在高鹽廢水處理主要偏向于不脫鹽、不稀釋直接進(jìn)行生物處理。因此,本課題下階段的研究將選擇更耐鹽且脂肪酸含量更高的藻種來(lái)處理該藥廠廢水。 [ Last edited by sunxuefei on 2011-1-19 at 10:00 ] |

After incubation of wastewater discharge standard, still can not reach the algae liquid centrifugal separation, will not domesticated by inoculation to centrifugal fluid continue to cultivate, second training wastewater COD to 100mg/ml below, meets emission standard. Through cultivation condition optimizing, protein nuclear chlorella cells dry weight can achieve 1.25 g/L, fatty acids can achieve 44.36%, ? |
