請(qǐng)注意：
1.其中一封必須是現(xiàn)導(dǎo)師來(lái)寫，其他要找對(duì)自己熟悉的人，如果是你所在系的主任或院長(zhǎng)或單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，更好！說(shuō)話語(yǔ)氣要像老師，對(duì)你比較或非常了解，而且熱誠(chéng)推薦；切記：即使這信是你自己的寫的，不要夸大事實(shí)��！一旦漏出破綻，難免被動(dòng)甚至失�。�

2.不要羅列形容詞“diligent,honest,capable”，要以數(shù)據(jù)或事例說(shuō)明你的能力或成就，取得了怎樣的效果或反響如何，增加推薦的可信度；

3.篇幅不宜過(guò)長(zhǎng)，一頁(yè)或一頁(yè)半為佳；

4.最好中英文手寫簽名，并留下聯(lián)系方式如E-mail；

5.開(kāi)頭與結(jié)尾呼應(yīng)，強(qiáng)調(diào)推薦的力度；

6.內(nèi)容不要面面俱到，可突出幾個(gè)方面（畢竟至少需要2-3封推薦信，可各有側(cè)重；如一封信突出你的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)與研究水平、成果，另一封突出你的性格、品質(zhì)，等等）。

7.跟推薦人協(xié)商誰(shuí)來(lái)發(fā)信（一般是申請(qǐng)者自己發(fā)，要說(shuō)明經(jīng)推薦人允準(zhǔn)！但按國(guó)外做法，推薦信不能被申請(qǐng)者看到而由推薦人發(fā)出）；可以E-mail、傳真或?qū)cans 以e-mail發(fā)過(guò)去。
