首先感謝大家！ 但是我很著急， 我過年的心情都沒了， 大家?guī)蛶臀�，審稿人的意思是要和其他相似的傳感器做比較么？ 從覆蓋度和電子轉(zhuǎn)移速率方面，對過氧化氫的催化校正曲線都是從0開始的么？？？ 匱乏的分析內(nèi)容指的是？？？ The work is well carried out but has very little analytical content, merely a few measurements of hydrogen peroxide to demonstrate electrocatalysis giving an analytical curve with non-zero intercept. No comparison is made between the merits of this peroxide sensor with others in the literature and should be. I therefore cannot recommend it for publication in this journal. Referee: 2 My main problem with the manuscript is that there is no experimental evidence shown about the applicability of the electrode. No real analytical application has been tried. No comparison with other methods or electrodes in solving special tasks. There are very many paper dealing with the electrode reactions of hemoglobin, similarly about response of hydrogen peroxide in different electrodes. The only novelty- I can guess- can be structure, and preparation procedure of the polymer film. (The detailed preparation procedure has been reported elsewhere). I hope the revised copy will be extended that direction I agree withthat it will be necessary to enhance the novelty and analytical content of the paper. It will be necessary to employ the device for practical analysis of real (not spiked) samples, and to compare the device to previously described similar devices. |

從兩個審稿人的意見來看 你文章最大的問題就是缺少對實際樣品的分析數(shù)據(jù) 你選擇的實際樣品最好是別的類似的傳感器檢測不了或者精度不夠，而你的傳感器可以完美的或者更優(yōu)秀的完成對目標物質(zhì)的檢測。你投的文章應(yīng)該是偏分析的類的文章，需要大量的分析數(shù)據(jù)而不是僅僅是你對傳感器的設(shè)計方面的表述 如果補充數(shù)據(jù)很難的話 建議可以投傳感器設(shè)計方面的一些雜志 而不是分析類的。呵呵 一點個人意見 希望對你有幫助 你金幣也不多 留著自己用吧 我們很有愛的 哈哈 [ Last edited by forgetbuct on 2011-2-9 at 14:09 ] |
