我看就是拒了，可說的一堆是神馬意思呀

文章又被拒了，不同的是這次的審稿意見好長，不像以前嗖的就被拒掉了，但是結果也是一樣，對畢業(yè)越來越害怕了，這是稿件的信息，忘各位高手給指教一下，具體是什么意思，不是被拒了嘛，還重投ma ? Click on "Manuscripts with Decisions," and then click on "Create a Resubmission" located next to the manuscript number.
