| 使用乙醇沉淀法從海洋微生物發(fā)酵液中提取胞外多糖,再經(jīng)732陽離子交換樹脂分離得到了堿性多糖、弱酸性多糖和中酸性多糖這三種主要的多糖組分,并分別測定其還原力活性、DPPH自由基清除活性和羥基自由基清除活性等抗氧化活性指標(biāo),結(jié)果表明,弱酸性多糖具有最高的抗氧化活性。抑制真菌活性實驗表明,這三種多糖組分對蘋果輪紋病菌(Physalospora piricola)、瓜果腐霉病菌(Pythium aphanidermatum)、葡萄灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)和甜瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium pathogens)都表現(xiàn)出一定得抑菌活性,并且對葡萄灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)的抑菌效果最為明顯。 |

| The ethanol precipitation method was adopted to extract exopolysaccharide from marine microbial fermentation. Then, the extract was isolated against 732 cation exchange resin into three major polysaccharide components: alkaline polysaccharide, weak acidic polysaccharides and acidic polysaccharides. And the polysaccharides were assessed for antioxidant activity against reducing power activity, DPPH radical scavenging activity and hydroxyl radical scavenging activity assays. |

| Extracted extracellular polysaccharide from fermentation liquid in sea water via ethanol precipitation,then obtained three main polysaccharides for instance alkalline polysaccharides, weak acid polysaccharides and acidic polysaccharides which were separated through 732 cation exchange resin and in succession determined their antioxidant activities like reduction activity, free radical scavenging activity and hydroxyl radical scavenging activity.The results indicated that weak acid polysaccharides had the highest antioxidant activity.The inhibitory-fungal antibiotic experiment showed that the three polysaccharides have some antimicrobial activity to Physalospora piricola, Pythium aphanidermatum,Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium pathogens,especially have high effect on Botrytis cinerea. |
