[交流] 【求助】幫我看看審稿人的意見是否又接受的希望

由于各方面的原因自己的文章投了三次被拒了三次，如今終于有一個期刊給發(fā)了審稿意見了，不過只有一個審稿人，但是意見很簡單，不知道有沒有希望接受？？
審稿人意見如下：
The authors reported a series of novel AAAA compounds containing BBBB. The syntheses are carefully described and sufficient data are provided to support the structure assignment. Obviously, target compounds showed good antifungal activities and provided a basis for further SAR studies on the antifungal activities of this class of compounds.
However, it is necessary for the authors to do a better literature research before preparing the manuscript. As far as we know, some similar compounds have been reported previously. Compound 4a、4d appeared in before (Kimer, M. Z. et. al Synthesis and biological activity of CCCCC. Stiinte Biologice si Chimice.1994.1.60-65.). And it is necessary for the authors take this into consideration in the revision.
Some revisions have been made in the text by the reviewer, and the manuscript needs thorough proofreading and editing of the English throughout befre publication.

由于之前開展實驗時，缺乏調(diào)研導(dǎo)致文章，雖然所合成的化合物生物活性還可以，創(chuàng)新性不夠，不知道這一次經(jīng)過修改有沒有可能接受，還有文章里有兩個化合物有報道過，但是我所采取合成的方法和測的菌不一樣，但是審稿人所提供的文章很難找到，所有有經(jīng)驗的蟲友給提點建議，看我該怎么辦，非常感謝！！
