What I am most concerned about is the lack of working power of private factories in Zhengjiang and other provinces. When the CPI goes up, workers from rural areas and west parts of the country feel that with the same salary, it's a great burden to live in the cities, they prefer to stay working in their home towns. But for the owners of factories in eastern provinces, paying higher salaries means no profit or even losing money. It's a dilemma. I really want to talk to the Premier about my concerns.
