關(guān)于會(huì)后論文擴(kuò)展及期刊可靠性的問(wèn)題 已有5人參與

參加icmlc 2011后，網(wǎng)址http://www.icmlc.org/cfp.htm 論文被推薦到International Journal of Machine Learning and Computing (IJMLC)第一卷第一期，網(wǎng)址http://www.ijmlc.org/index.htm 由Published by: International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology Press (IACSIT)出版，不知有沒(méi)有這樣的出版社（似乎是新加坡的）？ ISSN是2010-3689或2010-3700（網(wǎng)頁(yè)和郵件里不一致所致）， 1、不知怎么查ISSN的可靠性，或者誰(shuí)方便幫我查一下，謝謝！ 2、這樣的刊物評(píng)職稱的時(shí)候是不是按國(guó)際期刊算（目前也沒(méi)有被任何檢索機(jī)構(gòu)檢索）？ 3、另外，出版免費(fèi)，但期刊印刷本收費(fèi)100美元（一般作者）或80美元（會(huì)員或?qū)W生），不知有沒(méi)有圈錢的嫌疑？謝謝！ |

worldcat.org里面可以查國(guó)際刊號(hào)的信息 你這個(gè)刊物的36和37是連續(xù)編號(hào)，應(yīng)該是紙質(zhì)版和網(wǎng)絡(luò)版的號(hào)碼區(qū)別 評(píng)職稱的認(rèn)定，也不太懂，但肯定是國(guó)際刊物，因?yàn)橛袊?guó)際刊號(hào)就是國(guó)際期刊，這是全球統(tǒng)一編號(hào)的不會(huì)有重復(fù)，但不知道認(rèn)不認(rèn)的 圈錢什么的就不好說(shuō) |

International Journal of Machine Learning and Computing (IJMLC) is an international academic journal which gains a foothold in Singapore, Asia and opens to the world. It aims to promote the integration of machine learning and computing. The focus is to publish papers on state-of-the-art machine learning and computing. Submitted papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Journal and Association. The audience includes researchers, managers and operators for intelligent engineering and systems as well as designers and developers. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the journal should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing.
