| 在廢舊汽車塑料和橡膠高聚物水蒸氣氣過過程中，高溫和適量蒸汽有利于生成更多的氫氣和碳轉(zhuǎn)化率，但過高的溫度和過量的蒸汽量對(duì)廢舊汽車塑料和橡膠高聚物的氣化作用明顯減弱。水蒸氣是很重要的氣化介質(zhì)，可以提高碳的轉(zhuǎn)化率并有效地調(diào)節(jié)產(chǎn)氣組分；無催化劑時(shí)，當(dāng)氣化溫度為850 ℃，水蒸氣流量為0.165 g/min/g高聚物時(shí)，廢舊汽車高聚物產(chǎn)氣效率最高為2.44 Nm3/kg，碳轉(zhuǎn)化率為95.78%。Ni/ZSM-5催化劑對(duì)于塑料催化氣化制H2效果明顯，反應(yīng)后Ni/ZSM-5上的積炭較少，對(duì)其催化性能影響較小；加入催化劑后，有利于氣化氣質(zhì)量的改善，即氣化氣中可燃組分(CO、H2和CH4)的含量明顯提高；在廢舊汽車塑料和橡膠高聚物水蒸氣氣化過程中，Ni/ZSM-5-硅包CaO的催化作用最明顯，Ni/ZSM-5次之。 |

During the steam gasification of used-car plastics and high polymeric rubber, high temperature and proper amount of vapor are benefit for producing more hydrogen and a higher carbon conversion rate. But the gasiification of those is obviously decreased if the temperature and amount of vapor are immoderate. Steam is an important medium of gasification which can increase carbon conversion rate and regulate the component of steam gasification effectively. When there is no catalyst and the temperature comes up to 850 ℃ as well as the steam flow rate is 0.165 g/min/gram high-polymer, the gasification efficiency tiptop of used-car high-polymer is 2.44 Nm3/kg and the carbon conversion rate attains to 95.78%. The catalyst Ni/ZSM-5 exerts a positive effect on gasification of rubber into H2 which reduces the carbon deposition on the catalyst after the reaction so that brings a less influence on its calalytic effect. Adding the catalyst is conducive to improve the quality of gasified steam, that is, the contents of the combustible components (CO, H2 and CH4) in the gasified steam are significantly enhanced.
