我叫吳桐，來(lái)自xxx醫(yī)院，今天我給大家?guī)?lái)的護(hù)理情景劇《他為啥放棄治療？》
時(shí)間：上午九點(diǎn)
人物：吳護(hù)士夏護(hù)士病人李興
地點(diǎn)：臨床心理科病房
場(chǎng)景介紹：(病人)李興拔掉了自己的輸液，坐在床上( 邊)流淚，護(hù)士正在巡視時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)。
夏護(hù)士：怎么啦？李興，你把輸液針頭拔啦？（護(hù)士一邊說(shuō)，一邊夾緊輸液皮條）來(lái)，給我看看（輸液處）輸液管
病人：（推開(kāi)護(hù)士的手）不要管我，我不想治（療）了，死了算了。（病人大聲哭泣、搖頭）
吳護(hù)士：這是一位剛剛?cè)朐旱谌斓囊钟舭Y患者，叫李興，大學(xué)文化，因兩個(gè)月前出現(xiàn)自責(zé)、少語(yǔ)、飲食差，早醒而首次住院。入院后表現(xiàn)主動(dòng)言語(yǔ)少，唉聲嘆氣，自我評(píng)價(jià)低，不愿意配合治療。這不他剛把護(hù)士為其輸上的液體給拔了，夏護(hù)士正在給予心理干預(yù)。
夏護(hù)士：李興，你忘了，昨天主任查房不是跟你說(shuō)，你年輕，第一次起病，病程又短，告訴你只要配合治療，你的病是能夠治愈的，你還跟主任保證要積極配合治療的，不是嗎？

夏護(hù)士：不能這樣說(shuō)，你的父母要是聽(tīng)見(jiàn)了多傷心呀，他們?cè)谵r(nóng)村辛辛苦苦培養(yǎng)一位大學(xué)生多不容易！
病人：（抬頭看了護(hù)士一眼，又將頭低下）
夏護(hù)士：我理解你現(xiàn)在的心情，你能否把你心中的痛苦告訴我，好嗎？我來(lái)幫幫你。
病人：（抬起頭，用懷疑的目光看著護(hù)士）我的病能好嗎？
夏護(hù)士：能，一定能。姐在這里工作多年，不知護(hù)理過(guò)多少像你這樣的病人，最后他們都能自信地走出醫(yī)院，開(kāi)始新的生活。前幾天，我就遇到一位和你差不多年齡和病情的病人。。。
吳護(hù)士：護(hù)士正在耐心的與患者溝通、交流。提起抑郁癥，大家一定不會(huì)很陌生，經(jīng)常會(huì)有新聞媒體報(bào)道名人、歌星不明原因的自殺，實(shí)際上他們中大多數(shù)有不同程度的情緒抑郁，自我評(píng)價(jià)低，興趣減少，甚至未意識(shí)到自己有病而延誤治療，以至于選擇結(jié)束自己的生命。因此開(kāi)展抑郁癥科普知識(shí)的宣傳，預(yù)防患者自殺，避免給家庭和社會(huì)造成的傷害和影響，已成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的課題之一。對(duì)于此類患者一定要給予更多的理解、關(guān)心和支持，注意調(diào)整好他們的情緒，糾正不客觀的自我評(píng)價(jià)，重塑對(duì)生活的自信，以一種積極的心態(tài)對(duì)待疾病至關(guān)重要。
