The history of marketing has existed for centuries since be produced, the discussion on marketing whether it can be regarded as a discipline has never stopped. Clarify the context of the development of marketing and academic development play a important role in the subject building of the marketing 。Marketing is a progress that goods or services transferred from producers to consumers,and an enterprise that study systematicly the regularity of the marketing activities. This paper describes the meaning of marketing, and expounded the law of development of marketing, based on this predicts the trend of marketing to point out marketing will be developed towards the diversification and innovative ideas.
