請(qǐng)問(wèn)這種情況，是否應(yīng)該改投？

去年投的一篇文章，現(xiàn)在才收到編輯回信，請(qǐng)問(wèn)大家覺(jué)得該如何處理呢？這篇文章拖得時(shí)間太長(zhǎng)了。郁悶！ Dear ×××, I hope this email finds you well. Please refer to the message below from the Editor-in-Chief regarding your submission to the Journal of Signal Processing Systems. Dear ××××, The editor(s), whom I have contacted for possible coordination of the review of the paper, have declined to handle the paper. The general consensus is that the manuscript is too theoretical to this Journal. (The Journal of Signal Processing Systems places a major emphasis on novel hardware, architecture, and design/implementation aspects of signal processing systems.) After reading the paper myself, I have to concur with their preliminary assessment that the manuscript fails to represent a good match with the theme of this Journal. Therefore, we would recommend that you consider resubmitting the paper to other journals which have recently published articles on similar topics. For example, EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing, or IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, and others.
