摘要：印染廢水有機(jī)污染物濃度高、可生化性差、色度深，處理難度大。本實(shí)驗(yàn)以CODCr和色度為指標(biāo)，對(duì)取自某拉鏈廠的印染廢水進(jìn)行混凝實(shí)驗(yàn)，通過最佳投藥量和最佳pH實(shí)驗(yàn)，比較了聚合硫酸鐵、硫酸鐵和硫酸鋁三種絮凝劑的混凝效果，及PFS和PAM的最佳復(fù)配比。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，聚合硫酸鐵的混凝效果優(yōu)于硫酸鐵和精制硫酸鋁，CODCr去除率可達(dá)80%以上。當(dāng)PFS/PAM=2.5時(shí)，復(fù)配效果較好。本實(shí)驗(yàn)為今后相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)提供科學(xué)的數(shù)據(jù)參考，并為印染廠的廢水治理提供技術(shù)參數(shù)的參考，以期提高污水后期處理的可生化性，降低企業(yè)污水處理費(fèi)用的投入，減輕對(duì)環(huán)境的污染程度。

Abstract: Dyeing effluent discharged contains high concentration of organic pollutant, showing poor biodegradability, deep chromaticity and the difficulty to be treated. In this study, dyeing wastewater discharged from certain slide fastener plant was collected to implement coagu-flocculation experiment under indicators of CODcr and chromar. Through dosage of coagulant and pH optimized, flocculation effects of Polymeric Ferric Sulfate（PFS）, Ferric Sulfate and Aluminium Sulfate were obtained, as well as the optimum ratio of PFS to PAM. The result showed that flocculation effects of PFS predominated over counterparts, with the removal efficiency of CODcr of 80% above. When PFS/PAM was 2.5, combinational effect reached the better case. This study provided the following relative experiment with scientific data reference, and wastewater treatment of printing and dyeing mill with technical parameters reference. We expect that biodegradability of discharge can be improved during post-treatment; cost for sewage treatment is in reduction; the level of environmental pollution decreases.
