求高手修改摘要

各位幫忙修改一下， 液相色譜、質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)具有分離效能高、選擇性好、檢測靈敏度高、分析速度快、適用范圍廣等優(yōu)點，液質(zhì)聯(lián)用分析在檢測未知化合物結(jié)構(gòu)時具有快速，精確的特點，使其在各個領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用不斷擴展。本文利用我校擁有的先進的LCT Premier XE液相色譜-高分辨飛行時間質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用儀（Waters，美國）對我實驗室自制有機硅化合物和季銨鹽化合物進行定性分析，通過對LC-MS測試條件的逐步優(yōu)化，確定了對這兩種化合物定性分析的方法。 The united technologies of Liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry have high separation efficiency, good selectivity, high sensitivity, rapid analysis for a wide range of advantages, LC-MS analysis of unknown compounds have the fast, precise characteristics ，that made It Widely used in various fields expanding. Meanwhile, the LC-MS tis considered as a fast and accurate method for detecting unknown compounds and thus its applications are rapidly developed in related fields. In this paper, the LC-MS technology is used for guiding the qualitative analysis of the quaternary ammonium compounds and organic silicon compounds made in our lab by using the advanced LCT Premier XE liquid chromatography - high resolution time of flight mass spectrometer of our school (Waters, USA). Through the optimization procedure of the LC-MS conditions, the qualitative analysis of these two compounds are finally determined by grounds. |
