用CCSD(T)計算CP能量校正，CCSD(T)(maxcycle=512)，可是仍然在L913出錯中斷，出錯信息如下： ************* *MAX. CYCLES* ************* Largest amplitude= 2.55D-02 Error termination via Lnk1e in /public1/soft/Gauss09/g09/l913.exe at Sun May 22 21:11:34 2011. 512不是已經(jīng)是最大圈數(shù)了嗎？還能怎么改才能做下去呢？ PS：體系不是很大，18個原子。 |

This is a failure of the CCSD(T) to converge. You have already done the first most obvious thing, adding more CCSD iterations. In general if it is not converged in 100 I would not try to go more than about 150 just because beyond this you risk the possiblity of numerical problems. One of the features of a counterpoise calculation which makes it more challenging than a standard calculation is the inclusion of non-atom centered functions in the calculation. This makes accurate evaluation integrals more difficult. One thing to try is a new feature we added with G09 is the ability to improve the accuracy of two electron integrals with a single keyword, Int=Acc2E=n. Default is n=10, I would recommend trying n=12 and see if that gets you convergence. |
