隨著液晶顯示技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,TFT-LCD已稱為液晶顯示的主流,但是視頻中的動畫殘影、拖尾等問題依然沒有解決,造成這一現(xiàn)象的主要原因是液晶響應(yīng)速度慢。液晶材料的黏度直接決定了液晶顯示器的響應(yīng)速度。向列相液晶的低溫黏度很大,使得響應(yīng)速度很慢,制約了液晶顯示器的性能和使用范圍。因此,開發(fā)具有低黏度的液晶材料,受到人們廣泛的重視。 二氟亞甲氧基類液晶是20 世紀80 年代末期開發(fā)出的一類含氟液晶化合物,該官能團的引入,大幅度降低了黏度,縮短液晶的響應(yīng)時間,對改善液晶低溫顯示性能非常有益,是近年來所發(fā)現(xiàn)的綜合性能最突出的液晶化合物之一。 本文共設(shè)計合成了合成出了nPTPdFOPF、nPTPdFOGF和nUPdFOPF三個系列共11個二氟亞甲氧基類液晶化合物,均為見文獻報道。化合物經(jīng)過1HNMR、13CNMR、19FNMR、MS、IR譜圖表征和元素分析,確認了化合物結(jié)構(gòu)。通過差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)測量了相變溫度,表明都有明顯的液晶性質(zhì),且相態(tài)都比較寬,隨著側(cè)位氟原子的引入,熔點和清亮點都有明顯降低。通過AR500液體流變儀測量了化合物黏度隨溫度溫度的變化曲線,其結(jié)果表明二氟亞甲氧基類液晶化合物低溫黏度非常小,低溫黏度對溫度的依賴性很小,綜合性能十分優(yōu)異。 |

本文共設(shè)計合成了合成出了nPTPdFOPF、nPTPdFOGF和nUPdFOPF三個系列共11個二氟亞甲氧基類液晶化合物,均為見文獻報道。 Three series of nPTPdFOPF, nPTPdFOGF and nUPdFOPF including 11 difluoro sub methoxy liquid crystal compounds were successfully designed and synthesized in this research, which could be found in Ref. 1-10. 化合物經(jīng)過1HNMR、13CNMR、19FNMR、MS、IR譜圖表征和元素分析,確認了化合物結(jié)構(gòu)。 The structure of these as-synthesized compounds are identified and confirmed through the spectra characterization and elemental analysis of 1HNMR, 13CNMR, 19FNMR, MS, IR. 通過差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)測量了相變溫度,表明都有明顯的液晶性質(zhì),且相態(tài)都比較寬,隨著側(cè)位氟原子的引入,熔點和清亮點都有明顯降低。 The results of phase transition temperature measurement by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) show the obvious liquid crystal properties of these as-synthesized compounds with wide range of liquid phases. The introduction of lateral fluorine atoms significantly reduces the melting and clearing points. 通過AR500液體流變儀測量了化合物黏度隨溫度溫度的變化曲線,其結(jié)果表明二氟亞甲氧基類液晶化合物低溫黏度非常小,低溫黏度對溫度的依賴性很小,綜合性能十分優(yōu)異。 The dependence of viscosity with temperature measured by AR500 liquid rheometer shows excellent overall performance because the viscosity of fluoride sub-methoxy liquid crystal compounds is very small at low temperatures and the viscosity is dependent of temperature. |

With the rapid development of liquid crystal display technology,TFT-LCD has been called the mainstream of liquid crystal display (LCD),but the problems as the animation remnants of video and trailing still are not solved , the main reason caused by this phenomenon is the speed of response of LCD is slow.The viscosity of liquid crystal material directly determines the response speed of LCD.The column phase liquid crystal viscosity is great in low temperature , making the response speed greatly slow, restricting the LCD monitor the performance and the application scope.Therefore, the development of liquid crystal materials with low viscosity receives people's attention. Two fluorine sub-methoxy LCD is developed a kind of containing fluorine liquid crystal compounds in the late 1980s,the introduction of the functional groups, reduced the viscosity, shorten the response time, improving liquid crystal display performance in low temprature is very beneficial, is one of the most outstanding for the comprehensive performance of the liquid crystal compounds in recent years. The paper has designed and synthesized nPTPdFOPF, nPTPdFOGF and a nUPdFOPF three series which are total 11 two fluorine sub-methoxy classes of LCD compounds, are reported in the literature.Through 1HNMR, 13CNMR, 19FNMR, MS, IR spectra characterizing and elemental analysis compound structure is confirmed .By (DSC) measuring the phase-change temperatures, shows that there are obviously LCD properties and morphology is wide, with the introduction of fluorine atoms lateral status, melting point and clearing point have significantly reduced.Through the AR500 liquid rheometry measuring temperature curve of compounds viscosity changing with temperature , and the results show that the viscosity of two fluorine sub-methoxy class liquid crystal compounds, is very tiny in low temperature,low viscosity is tiny to the dependence on temperature, comprehensive performance is very excellent. |
