輔助用具清點 說明： 1 輔助用具及零配部件，粉碎前后清點數(shù)量，如數(shù)量不一致必須說明原因及所少物品去向。 2 粉碎、混批和包裝前后清點及復(fù)核其完整性和數(shù)量，盡量由本次操作負(fù)責(zé)人或指定人員實施（清點前后盡可能為操作現(xiàn)場的同一人員）。 3 清點范圍至少包括：操作現(xiàn)場的工、潔、量、衡器具等可移動、易脫落的輔助工具及零配部件，操作人員自身攜帶、穿戴的防護(hù)用品，離敞口包裝桶、袋、粉碎機(jī)、混合機(jī)等容器至少2米之類的物品。 |
