| 目的:將13個不同來源的桑葉產(chǎn)品分別用水、氯仿、正丁醇進行提取,利用各提取液在不同波長下的紫外光譜進行聚類分析,以判定不同來源的桑葉產(chǎn)品的相似性。方法:以桑葉為材料,采用有機溶劑萃取法和紫外分光光度法對桑葉有效成分進行提取及吸光度測定,并用SPSS軟件的系統(tǒng)聚類分析法分析其相似性。結(jié)果:不同來源的桑葉光譜特征相似,但經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)聚類分析后展示出了不同的相似性。結(jié)論:不同來源桑葉的不同提取液有效成分相似性不同 |

Purpose: mulberry leaves from 13 different sources are extracted with water, chloroform and n-butanol, respectively. Crude extracts were subjected to cluster analysis at different wavelengths. Method: Active ingredient from mulberry leaves were extracted with organic solvents and absorbance was determined by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Similarity was evaluated based on system cluster analysis embodied in SPSS. Result: Spectrophotometry of mulberry leaves from various sources are the same, however, system cluster analysis display different similarity. Conclusion: Active ingredients of crude extracts from different sources are different. |
